Pastor Gary Click & Family

Pastor Click began serving Calvary Baptist Church on March 1, 2000. His last Sunday at Calvary was November 12, 2006. He now serves as the pastor of Fremont Baptist Temple in Fremont, OH.

Pastor Click is a 1990 graduate of Midwestern Baptist College of Pontiac, MI. While at Midwestern, Gary met a young lady by the name of Nanette. It wasn’t long before they were dating and eventually married on January 21, 1989. Gary and Nanette have been blessed with four  sons, Nathaneil (8/28/1990), Zachary (9/02/1993), Garrison (10/26/2000) and the recent addition of Micah (6/11/2003). 

After college, Gary served the Lord through a Christian drama ministry known as The Academy of Arts. Although based out of Greenville, SC, Gary and Nan traveled extensively ministering through drama.

In August of 1994, God led Gary back to his home town of Richmond, IN. There he served as the youth pastor of his home church, Hillcrest Baptist Church. Not only did Gary minister to the teens, but also directed the bus and junior church ministries.

Pastor Click is a certified Law Enforcement Chaplain currently working with the Vermillion County Sheriff's Department.  While in Richmond, he also served as a police chaplain for the Richmond Police Department.  He also serves in an advisory capacity with two exciting missions organizations: Baptist International Outreach and The Carpenters Project. 

Pastor Click’s greatest desire is to reach out to people with God’s Word. Our community is filled with people of various backgrounds and personal needs. Yet in God’s Word, we can all find, strength, encouragement, comfort, and direction.

Pastor Click writes a weekly devotional column for our local newspaper, The Daily Clintoninan. You can find this article each Friday or you can read archived articles at www.light4living.org. 

Most recently, Pastor Click has begun a publishing ministry. It is currently in the infancy stage as tracts are being written and published and a website designed to make these materials available. The ministry is called Click Concepts and has the goal of assisting other local churches by providing outreach material. In the future, Pastor hopes to make bible studies, books and other resources available.
